By downloading, installing, or using PicPack ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PicPack for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.
All data you create in PicPack is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
PicPack offers a Pro version as a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to their terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Google Play's refund policy.
PicPack is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, uninstallation, or other causes. You are responsible for backing up important data if needed.
PicPack is a tool to help you organize. We do not guarantee that using the app will prevent you from forgetting items. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have packed everything you need.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Poland and the European Union. PicPack and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Poland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
